Not quite. The answer is No, you do not need to stop here.

Normally, vehicles traveling in either direction must stop for a school bus that has stopped for passengers. However, there are two exceptions to this rule. Vehicles don't have to stop for a school bus that is stopped on the opposite side of a divided roadway (a roadway with a non-drivable median or barrier). Vehicles also don't have to stop if they are separated by a physical barrier from a stopped school bus on a limited-access highway where pedestrians are not permitted to cross the roadway with the school bus stopped in a loading zone.

If you consume a great deal of alcohol, it can take as long as a day or two for your body to fully recover.
