Billing questions
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought them from. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. VIP stays until the end of the period you paid for.
Does deleting the app or my account cancel VIP?
No. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your store first.
I paid but don't have VIP.
Sign in to the account you bought VIP with, open the VIP screen and tap Restore purchases. If it still doesn't show, email us with your account email and the store receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by the stores, so refunds are too: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or from your Google Play order history.
