Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Social Blasters (Sadiya Akther Epa) (“we”, “us”) for your use of the Driving Exam Prep app (“the app”). By using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Not an official or government service

Driving Exam Prep is an independent study aid. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any DMV, the DVSA, the Ontario Ministry of Transportation (MTO) or any other government agency or testing body.

Our questions are written to help you prepare. They may differ from the questions on your real test, and road rules can change. Always study your official driver handbook as well. We don’t guarantee that you’ll pass any test.

Who can use the app

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, you should use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian, who also agrees to these terms.

Your account

• Some features need an account. Give accurate information, and keep your password safe.
• You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@socialblasters.com if you think someone else has used it.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Delete account).

Free features and VIP

Part of the app is free. VIP unlocks the rest, such as the full roadmap after its first step, practice by topic and the mistakes review. What’s included may change as we improve the app.

Subscriptions

• VIP subscriptions (for example weekly, monthly or every six months) are sold and billed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. The store’s terms also apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed, unless you cancel. With Apple, you need to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings. After cancelling, VIP stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel a subscription.
• If a price changes, the store will tell you beforehand, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Lifetime access

Lifetime VIP is a one-time purchase that gives VIP access for as long as the app is offered, without renewals.

Refunds and restoring purchases

Payments are handled by the app stores, so refunds are handled under their policies. You can request one from Google Play or Apple. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, VIP access from it ends. If you reinstall the app or change device, tap Restore purchases on the VIP screen while signed in to the same store account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell or republish the app’s questions or content;
• reverse engineer the app, or get around VIP or other restrictions;
• interfere with the app or its servers, or use automated means to access them;
• post reviews that are unlawful, abusive, misleading or that aren’t your own;
• use the app in breach of any law.

Reviews you send

You keep ownership of reviews you write. If you allow us to show your review, you give us a free, worldwide licence to display it in the app with the first name you provided and where you’re studying. You can withdraw that permission at any time in the app’s rating form, and we’ll stop showing it. We may choose not to show, or to remove, any review.

Our content

The app, its questions, explanations, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own study, under these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and we may change, add or remove features. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t make any promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that its content is complete or up to date. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can’t be limited by contract.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for failing a test, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. This doesn’t limit liability that can’t be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we’ll tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using the app after they take effect, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
